Overview

This 3-day journey through Alexandria offers a rich blend of history, coastal beauty, and cultural exploration along Egypt’s Mediterranean shore. Known as the “Bride of the Mediterranean,” Alexandria stands apart from other Egyptian cities with its unique Greco-Roman heritage, sea views, and cosmopolitan atmosphere.

The experience begins with the city’s ancient underground wonders and Roman landmarks, including the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa and the towering Pompey’s Pillar, revealing the multicultural influences that shaped Alexandria through centuries. Walking along the Corniche adds a coastal dimension to the journey, combining history with Mediterranean charm.

The exploration continues at the Qaitbay Citadel, built on the legendary site of the ancient lighthouse, followed by a visit to the modern Bibliotheca Alexandrina, a symbol of intellectual revival and cultural continuity. Together, these landmarks connect Alexandria’s glorious past with its present identity.

The journey concludes with a peaceful visit to Montaza Palace Gardens, offering relaxation by the sea before departure. Carefully paced and well-balanced, this tour captures the essence of Alexandria as a city where history meets the Mediterranean lifestyle.
